1. Order Processing Time

 All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

 Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast, dependable shipping based on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

 Texas Orders: Next-day delivery (1 business day in transit).

 Other US States: 2 to 4 business days in transit.

 Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase of $300 or more. For orders under $300, standard carrier rates apply at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order is dispatched.

 Tracking numbers are fully activated and trackable within 24 hours of generation.

4. Delivery Restrictions

 Due to the hazardous material classifications, size, and weight of our 3-inch chlorine 50 lbs buckets, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

 Customers must provide a valid physical residential or commercial address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at your store's support email so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

 Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection purposes during the resolution process.
